Australia – Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders under $100 from the PLANE Online Store will be charged at a flat shipping rate of $10. IF YOU SPEND OVER $100, SHIPPING IS FREE.
Depending on your location, orders sent within Australia will be dispatched using Australia Post or a private courier company. Australia Post Express guarantees next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in Australia, excluding Perth which may take up to 5 days. For regional areas, delivery will take between 2-4 business days.
Orders will be dispatched the day after the order is placed unless we are out of stock. In this case, we will inform you of when new stock will be available. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and orders made on a public holiday will be processed on the closest relevant day. Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours pending credit verification.
At peak times, if for any reason we are expecting delays, our sales team will keep you updated.
International shipping orders from the PLANE Online Store will charged according to the order destination. All international orders will be dispatched using Registered International Air Mail. We will inform you of the expected delivery date.
We ship orders three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and orders made on a public holiday will be processed on the closest relevant day. Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours pending credit verification.
You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from PLANE Online, we are happy for you to do so providing it meets the following requirements.
– The item must be in its original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed)
– All garment tags must still be attached to the item.
– No returns are accepted on discounted or sale stock
Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense.
Footwear will be accepted only if returned in their original undamaged shoeboxes. Please try footwear on a soft surface. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.
Exchanges on jewellery, except earrings, will be accepted.
We require all items to be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of your RA# (Return Authorisation number). Returned items received after the 14 day time frame will be assessed at the discretion of the PLANE Online Store. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
How to return/exchange
– Within 48 hours of receiving your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RA#.
– Please provide a brief explanation of your return/exchange, including the product number. We will endeavour to fix your problem if we can.
– Once your return request is authorised, you will receive a RA#. Please send the package with reference to your RA# along with the receipt that came with the purchase to:

– Once a returned item has been received, it will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding if applicable, original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation or phone call regarding this.
Initial shipping charges for returned goods are not refundable, unless the item is found to be faulty. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
We recommend that you try on all items on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return the items to us within the required 14 day time frame.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

To place an online order at the PLANE Online Store, simply select the items you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the “View Cart” icon at the top right hand corner of the shop page and you will be guided through the entire purchase process. You may also see the number of items you have placed in your cart and the cost (not including shipping) as you continue shopping. If you wish to change the quantity or remove an item, you can do so once you have clicked “View Cart” and moved to the check out page.
All items on the PLANE Online Store are in stock unless otherwise stated. If multiple orders are placed on the same item and we run out of stock, we will inform you and endeavour to find a suitable solution.
We can only accept payments by PayPal or credit card. Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
All product prices indicated and payments are in Australian Dollar currency.
All prices are GST inclusive.
Tracking your Order
An order confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
PLANE is committed to protecting your privacy and understands that your privacy is important. We ensure that any information you provide is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy laws.
The personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders, to contact you regarding a particular transaction, to provide you with relevant consumer information and to notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you.
We do not disclose personal information that we hold to entities or individuals outside of PLANE.
As required by law, you may “opt-out” from direct marketing material that PLANE may send by following the instructions at the bottom of our newsletters.
Any information that we no longer require is destroyed. When we have collected information about you it cannot be seen or modified by anyone else.

If you elect to submit your credit card details online, you will notice that the URL prefix located in your address bar will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://. This means that you are in secure mode. Similarly, you will notice your browser’s security icon located at the bottom right hand corner of your browser window change to either a locked padlock or solid gold key (depending on your browser make and version). You may even receive a prompt informing you that you are visiting a secure page.
This is your assurance that your browser and our server are communicating securely.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect through our website is protected from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. Our website has electronic security systems in place, including Adobe Systems, which provide for the security of our users by enabling the encryption of data transmitted between Adobe Systems Incorporated and your browser during an SSL/TLS encrypted session (look for the padlock).
We do not store any credit card information on our site.
